I downloaded the stencil, but if I unzip the file I doesn't obtain a folder but a generic document so the stencils are not installed.

you need to move the file to the correct folder manually

when i unzipped this for some reason the unzip operation stripped the .gtencil from the name of the file. once i put that back on it worked fine - in the correct location of course
