I tried installing it and placed in the stencil library but it's not there when I open Omnigraffle...is there something else that I have to do?

Add ".gstencil" to the "DFDchenido" file by renaming it so it reads as "DFDchenido.gstencil" and then copy to your stencil folder to install successfully.

Note: There are underscores in the filename but the graffletopia commenting system won't let them through so figure it out accordingly, just add the extension and you're gold!
